- License: You grant Rohrman Auto Group and Banyan Group LLC an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, publicly display, and perform the Content for any purpose.
- Warranties: You warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit the Content and transfer ownership to Rohrman Auto Group and Banyan Group LLC.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Rohrman Auto Group and Banyan Group LLC against any claims arising from your submission of Content.
