Fill out the contact form on the Contact page. Use “Update to a Manager Role” in the Reason for the Message.
Please include the role that you would like to change your account to in the message section.

A passing grade is 80%.  You can always re-take the quiz by pressing the Restart Quiz button.

Points are awarded by course completion.  Each course is worth 100 points. You can also receive points at some live events.
